Use our online application form to enter your details and apply to join our housing register.

Please read the short Easy Guide for step-by-step help in setting up a new user account and logging in for the first time.

Before starting this form you will need to have the following information to hand:

  • A valid email address
  • Names and dates of birth for everyone on the application
  • Your National Insurance Number
  • Details of all the places you have lived in the past 5 years
  • Finance details - accurate and current information on wages, benefits, savings, investments or assets that you have

When you have entered all the required information, you can submit your details and create your application.

There are 3 main steps when applying.

Step 3- upload supporting documents

Please note: Completing this form takes 30 to 60 minutes. The information entered on each page is automatically stored, so partially completed applications can be retrieved and completed at a later date as described below.

Already started an application?

The information you enter is securely stored on our system after each page is completed; so not all pages need to be completed in one session.
Your details can be retrieved within 60 days of when you started your application.
